Tom I'm not too good with things like these but I do believe they were talking about Inprise/Borland's capital share rising to 71.7million shares. I do not know exactly how they stems against the current stock price i.e. if it dilutes but i did hear them talk about that being fully diluted, the 71.7 million shares so I guess it means the stock's value is current or correctly priced at with the increase share cap to 71.7million shares? TTOSBT
