Thanks for your help Peter. And I remember Mr Copeland being ask about his holdings which are currently 11% of Corel and that it would be decreased to 6-7% roughly in the merger of equals companies?

I'm sure we'll be getting piecemeal in months ahead. I think the most interesting thing is that Kylix will have incremental growth in the already 20-to-30 Million dollar projection of Corel. Now I'm not sure if that's Canadian dollars or American dollars? But I'm assuming Canadian dollars as it was from Corel's projections.
