Painful as it is I have to agree with everything you say. Race 4 was the biggest blunder of the series and I felt it was over for us at the time. I was watching the race on live2d and when he let them get separation I was stunned and got the sinking feeling way before Prada closed.

I too was amazed that we got back in the game. I also thought that he had Prada under control in the first beat in race 8 and should have pushed them out further to the lay line but he tacked too early. However I doubt he could have held on to a 2 or 3 length lead as De Angelis consistently outsailed him. Cayard admits he sailed worse this time round and attributes that to trying to do too much. Running the whole campaign and driving absurd.

I am rooting for Prada in the finals. Making us wait 5 years was an unpardonable sin by the Kiwis, I hope they get buried.
