Andy, APAT is yet another components company, with DWDM as well as other types of instrumentation components. AVNX is a pure optical play that makes processors. Processors will be necessary for all of the box makers to increase performance of their products as well as get the time to market down. APAT looks more like a VTSS to me. Brian
