This sucks! My sentiments exactly. I keep hoping there is something else in this for us. First I have VSGN, nice product, all they needed was someone with deep pockets to bring them into prime time. IMO BORL was not a good choice. BORL->INPR was in the middle of an identity crisis and sank to $3. Now INPR unloads to CORL (who is in the middle of an identity crisis) and hopes that between two half-assed mgmt teams there can be forged one focused plan and road map. I see plenty of bumps in the road ahead. No premium = no deal. I'm voting against it.
