Enigma: ABX wants to position itself to be in control, no question about it. The market reacted to today's ABX news 'as if' they are indeed in control. If we rally seriously from here, then they are clearly NOT in control. I think that is what will happen. When the trend is down, shorting can't fail. When the trend is up, shorting can't work. The trend is up. It is too bad for ABX and its shareholders that they are not ready to fully embrace this move.
