Hi, George ...
I spoke with D.Peter Rose, Vector President, on Wednesday of last week. He said that despite the recent (3-4 weeks) death of a major financier with TradeLink, that the Vector/TradeLink deal WAS on and just taking longer than expected.
He seemed optimistic of a closing within 30-45 days, subject to all the due diligence being completed and documents signed / filed / and approved by regulatory bodies. Seems that is the holdup now, but that TradeLink is a willing buyer and Vector a willing seller.
Once the deal is signed, production would resume at the Green Cove Springs, FL, facility.
JUST FYI ... I had bought in at .10 and .13, so I will hold for the ride. We've come this far, what's another 2 month !!! Should Rose be correct, I think once production resumes, the stock might scoot past $1.00.
When did you get in ???
