I think its pretty obvious that they didn't dump it; otherwise the stock would have cratered.

Most likely a large institution bought the entire 2+ million share block sold on 2/3/00 as part of its accumulation of the stock prior to a coverage upgrade.

Another very good sign getting the "other" millstone from around the stock's neck. (The first was getting rid of the prior management team.)
