marcher, I received some information about 2 1/2 months back on a settlement of the old Milberg Weiss class action against CAWS. This suit preceded the bankruptcy proceedings that allowed JA and company to wipe out existing CAWS investors, re-form the company and sell out to MCI for many millions. I sent in the paperwork and have yet to receive a response.
