Rick, thanks. The key is knowing the Patent and Appeal time frame. Be nice if Woler or anyone could update this. Second, keep watching for a S-1 Axiom filing. This would be very cool but I think all positive news is being held back pending patent/appeal stuff. BTW: What happened to Pfizer's challenge to Sibia's patent ?
