I think it is too early to come too a conclusion on this deal. For now it seems that INPR's price is tied to CORL with the conversion factor of 0.747 But what if CORL's stock were to take a hit and drop to $10.00 would INPR then be worth only $7.50 a share, a market cap of less than $500,000? I don't think so!
This deal will not be completed until the spring. A lot can happen between now and then.
I think INPR is now in play and if any large company decides that they want INPR now is the time to act.
