What do people think about what happened today: @20% of float traded hands, mostly down. I think people are concerned about the early lock up release. Scarcity is what drives these IPOS. I don't remember who said it, but do you know for sure that the lock-up shares will be privately placed? Also, going back earlier in the thread: what is the proof that MCI and MSFT got shares at original offer price. I believe that is against the law unless it closed before the price was raised.
