I'm not a big fan of the list. A great biotech bull market and he puts together a portfolio of laggards??? Stuff like LGND and XOMA is just about hopeless. LGND in particular has a horrible reputation for eroding shareholder value. Where are the best stocks? Stuff like IDPH, MEDI, CELG, UTHR, PDLI, ABX, etc. Buying a bunch of laggards is a sure way to miss a bull market. MIKE
