Former K-Mart chairman & CEO Former Time Warner Exec. Co. one of the founders is Ted Turners son, the connection to T/W also the founders of Global PC gas joined them. There are some real heavy weights in the group with strong connections in a number of sectors. I don't know the reason for the current moves but they have been impressive. thanks ht
