yep, I tend to agree with you Rande on what the Anal-ysts say and mean...
a case in point, in 1998 I called my broker and told her that I wanted to buy CIEN...
it was 13 and change at the time... she told me, this is strange, it has just been downgraded and she read me some anal-ysts' opinions...
then, she gave me the caveat, "it's your money, you do what you want"...
so, I told her, tell you what, I want to buy all I can... and guess what, everyone knows where CIEN is now...
NOW, I am starting to think that I should sell since some brokerage house initiated coverage today with a buy rating...
