We need to figure out better ways to deal with the undeniable threat posed by someone like Saddam. One of the things that amuses me when people get all spooky about the CIA and its tentacles is to think of guys like Castro and Saddam, and wonder why they are still walking around if we are either so powerful or so unscrupulous. It would be better if we took "active measures" rather than deny food and medicine to children......
