David, I'm not so sure that I would be concerned about what plans CMGI has for MSGI. I've met with MSGI and can tell you that they don't need to ride any coat tails.... Can also tell you that I like the pedigree of the new CFO they hired, and the willingness of their previous CFO to become CAO (Chief Accounting Officer). There's something to be said for working for this company, and it ain't just the stock options..... Seein' is believin'. The annual meeting is on Feb 25 in NYC. I'll be there and would thoroughly enjoy meeting you if you are also in the area. Any other posters planning on attending? John Madaraz, pregnant spouses are an exemption. So, I'll take notes for you... Mark
