75% of Corel is that the best we could do? I really thought that INPR had much more upside then $1 Billion or even worse 75% of Corel, we had $200 million in cash , why didn't INPR buy corel?, I guess I am frustrated with this deal because I sold my corel shares to buy INPR, now I get 75% of a corel share? I would have preferred a deal with rhat, sun or orcl, but I guess with the boards speedy approval of this deal it is evident that nobody else wanted INPR. This is a terrible deal for INPR shareholders or am I missing something ?
