Tocqueville Gold Fund manager John Hathaway -- who predicted the rally -- will be on CNBC TONIGHT at 6:40. Interesting pieces on Kitco by Sequin and Ted Butler putting a much more position spin on the ABX situation. And nobody is more anti-hedging than Ted Butler.
