Considering that the Clinton administrations' native tongue is lying, the unemployment number very well could be cooked.

But really LT, how many employees out there would accept stock in lieu of regular wages, file an unemployment claim and assume all the risks associated with that decision (like an IRS audit)? How many employers would buy into this scheme, since the employer is liable for all withholding taxes even if the taxes were not withheld.

Perhaps one or two glue manufacturers with poor ventilation.
