Upon further analysis, the comparison of MCAF to DMRC is a little scary. MCAF is about a week behind. Both bouncing back from their lows and on the way up. Both seriously undervalued based on previous quarter revenue multiples. Both unveil new revolutionary technology not even considered yet in their upcoming revenue streams. History repeats itself over and over again in the stock market. If you missed DMRC at 50, (1) buy it now because it hasn't begun to run, (2) don't miss MCAF. I've already talked at length about DMRC, so one comment here about MCAF's PR today. Like DMRC, staggering potential as it applies to the entire advertising universe. Advertisers believe in the concept of direct marketing as much as possible. They want to make advertising a science. That is why they spend so much on the internet already and companies that let them analyze their customers (DCLK, NETG, etc.) have done so well already. But at some point, there are items that the average consumer doesn't want to divulge. And the direct marketing campaign can go just so far. This is where Silhouette will come in. For those who didn't read the release, the "privacy-enabled architecture of Silhouette ensures that the only information transmitted from the user's PC is an advertising campaign ID, that no information about the individual or the individual's computer ever leaves the user's PC and that the advertsing server cannot build a profile of the user based on advertisements served." If Kimberly had been here, she would have let everyone know how huge this news really is and the stock would have shot up 10 points at least. But now things take a little longer. Just like with DMRC, every single advertiser will want to use this technology. When you realize that and that the internet is all about advertising in the first place, you recognize what's going on here. Within a month, MCAF will be triple digits. And the analyst upgrades may begin tomorrow.
