I am not talking about these and I am talking about a test run. I heard that Cu was being done in the top 2 layers initially for risk mitigation. I was surprised at the response and double checked to confirm.

Could this be a backup project to P860 that you are not aware of? P860 itself may turn out to be full copper stack as you are saying - I do not know.
