I feel that Bush, if he had had a second term, would have worked something out and relieved the sanctions. Clinton on the other hand has been a morally bankrupt coward and is keeping the sanctions in to show how tough he is. Tough guy, kills children and runs from combat.

I wonder if 20 years from now when these children are attacking the US if anybody will remember where it started.
