Although edamo mentioned the four primary elements in determining options pricing, I want to add that there are two other "minor" elements (confirmed by your courteous link, BTW) that include the interest rate and dividends.
Fibre will probably tell you that they're not so insignificant. But what can you say about someone who takes his daily dose of Metamucil about 30 minutes before the market opens? ;~)
