Andrew,

From the story down below it appears Silterra will be utilizing LSI's process. This unfortunateyy means Nikon litho tools - I am long on SVG. My research suggests that Nikon's NSR-S204B - fourth-generation lens-based scanning - is not scheduled for shipping till next year. If not Nikon, then whom? Do you think there see any chance for SVG with their recent Samsung win, or is this an ASML win?

Thanks in advance....SemiBull

Malaysia's Silterra will use scanner tools for quick migration to 0.15-micron foundry services
