Art, it baffles me too. Market inefficiency. Although KANA has higher revenue (than ESHR's web-based revenue), and growing more rapidly, the discrepancy in market valuation between the 2 companies should narrow over time. Keep in mind that ESHR was trading at $4 just 3 months ago, it's been moving in the right direction. Give it some more time. Patience is a virtue.
