Apparantly Robert Dengler CEO sold about 4 million shares recently. That was responsible for the recent drop below 30 cents.

I believe that the tech stock mania is drawing money away from other areas of the market. Resources, especially a "new" company like Dynatec without a Bay Street following and trading below $1 is not going to attract attention until they start posting good earnings.

1999 was the bottom for Dynatec as far as their earnings go. Industrial metals prices began rising early last year and have continued to rise. Now even gold, the lagard, is joining. It seems a safe bet that capital expeditures in the mining industry will be higher this year and higher next year. This will mean rising profits for Dynatec. We are probably looking at the best buying opportunity right now.
