I was just looking through the manual for CyberTrader and noticed that it says in section 5.13 that Bulletin Board stocks cannot be traded.

Is this actually the case?

If it is - its a big disappointment. I was on the verge of opening an account and I wanted to buy some OTC stocks from time to time.
