I have heard comments that the 7110 and 5110 are not as robust as they should be. Basically, there is a software glitch with the 7110 that results in an improperly functioning call group feature. The problem is worse for users using Chinese characters; apparently the phone hangs when accessing the call group feature and has to be switched off and on again to restore proper function. It seems that NOK has issued a notice to purchasers of the 7110 (Asia-Pacific region) to bring in their phones for an "upgrade" (aka fix). The 5110 has a habit of switching itself off--this I have heard from a user. Also it seems to suffer from LCDs getting damp and fading in humid environments. Have you heard any of the above and do you expect it to become a major problem for NOK? (Doesn't seem to have affected earnings of late, though :) Winston
