you know sdli's mkt cap is 10 billion, and ETEK's was about 11-12 billion when it was bought. I was really surprised when I was reviewing those companies Before JDSU made the etek offer to see that sdli was less expensive. INCY is worth a buy for trading...a bit of a laggard itching to fly with HGSI, CRA, and MLNM... you got how about we buy 550 @ 11:30 est. unless, you post before hand and cancel it (if the mkt is plunging etc) or do you want to put in a different order? (limit price) etc. John
