There's another factor. With LU taking over ORTL --- and with Tellium's recently-named CEO coming from there --- I suspect LU will also take out Tellium. When this happens, the premium is generally less than investors would get in an IPO.

Again, I'm just guessing, but it does make sense.

I was out for the buy-out due to a broker snafu. Left 90 pts. on the table. :(
