Extra shares are Fuller's options... No, I haven't had time to verify this, but my gut feel says those extra ~14M shares are Fuller's options. Remember he came on board for no salary, just options. Well, you know what happens whenever one company is acquired by another? Executive options vest immediately. I think Fuller is taking his $80-90M by selling the company, I think we are getting borked far worse than Del ever did to us.
