ZO, but is an alliance advisable? Why substitute an alliance with a real sale? What are the perceived benefits of a large equity stake and " 2 members on the BOD "? Isn't this arrangement too loose to have any teeth? TA Message #16894 from zbyslaw owczarczyk at Feb 7 2000 7:34PM Tunica, in my opinion that only alternative to outright slaes of NN is new alliance, with large equity stake(10-15%),one or two executives from partner on the BOD. This within the next 12-18 months would reslut in full marger. With such dramatic move Fido and other big boys would be happy. Zbyslaw
