I was surprised at the response and double checked to confirm. Could this be a backup project to P860 that you are not aware of? P860 itself may turn out to be full copper stack as you are saying - I do not know. > I suspect that they are what I told you earlier. If they are something else, they are way off the beaten mainstream development path. I am very familiar with P860 schemes, and everything you told me is consistent with what I indicated. PB
