In rereading the article, I am left with the imrpession that Schilit had nothing better to do. He is not saying there is anything dishonest oging on (like he claimed with Oxford Health, and he was right about that!), he is just saying that it is confusing. OK, maybe it is. But that is a far cry from cooking the books. I just have to ask: Why now? Is he trying to embarass Janus because they don't subscribe to his service? I think Janus owes everyone a press release to defend their investment. It is now $5 underwater. The market, as usual, over reacted and the lemmings went over the cliff. DocStone
