it's 114.651 in U.S. - I just checked - which makes for a pretty sizeable 3 buck+ difference. I could only speculate on the difference and I betcha anything it evens out tomorrow, but Canadian investors (though probably not for much longer) tend to be slightly more conservative than U.S. and after the run on Friday they may have been more prone to take profits (sensibly enough); probably would have been a good arbitrage to buy NT.to at the close.
