The IBM's law suit againt Informix proves the fact that not only small companies can put big companies out of business if they really want to, but the big companies will resort to every little idiotic nonesense tactic there is to save their miserable last hold on their losing battle with the smaller Company to hold on to their share of the market. If IBM can sue Informix and make such nonesense absolute idiotic claims, heck I may also start putting a claim together against the old mighty god for taking so much credit for giving life!!

One question I have and that is how on earth IBM all of a sudden found out that Informix's core products that have been in the market for so many years are in fact copies of its own products?!!!! For a Company to come up with such great products first (as they claim) they sure are a bunch of imbeciles not noticing Informix have copied their products (again based on their idiotic claims) under its name and selling them for so many years!

This is what I call cheap dirty Silicon Valley business tactic by a large Company crying loud trying its last attemtp to hold on to its losing market share in DB. I guess the next thing we hear from IBM is that they are making the same idiotic claims against Oracle and Microsoft also. Heck since they are at it they may as well go and sue anyone who uses the word international! After all International is part of their name and they were the ones who invented the word, did they not?!
