Although, it probably will hurt the share price in the short term, it's probably a good time for a secondary. The company will use the money to expand their network, and help the share price in the long run.

I believe in the long-term potential of VoIP. VoIP allows my home carrier to offer .05/min anytime; with no sacrifice in call quality.

I know many hoped for a split, but I don't understand why 'investors' are so enamored with them. In terms of accounting, a split makes no difference, and should make no difference in stock price. It's not like you're getting free shares. I guess people see splits as a sign of confidence by the company that the share price will continue to increase.
