Hey Truthseeker,

You must be on the losing end of this one. Since when is it odd to have a short term lease while a company is looking for a permanent location?

Even the Federal Government leases/rents on a month to month basis while deciding on a permanent location.

Perhaps you are wet behind the ears and have never opened/created a business and negotiated a long term lease with liberal TI's and a non-triple net lease factor.

Or better yet....maybe you are just a sore loser on this one. Did you short it? Probably....if yes, lick your wounds and move on or lose the rest! Go ahead...make my day.
