Hi Zanuil,

Remarkable, we are both in around 14 or so. Sell before earnings or hold, always a hard question. Me, I am going to hold. Why? 1) I don't think there are a lot of momentum day traders, only a few playing it, there is so little float, a little over a million, maybe 2 million with the acquisitions stock swaps, etc. In order to selloff, you need a lot of stock to sell. Are there enough holders that are quick to sell on an earnings event? Wish I knew. 2) I think earnings will be strong. 3) This stock still seems to be undiscovered. I like the 'sweetspot' strategy (focus on turnkey turnups of the hottest appl. software I know of - vignette. Did you know vignette had the highest year over year and quarter over quarter growth rate of any of the golden 3 - bvsn, tibco and vign? Can't get any better than that.

This stock has lots of risks - small size, management unknown at least to me, bigger competitors clamoring at vignette's door, yada yada yada.

Let's look at revenues - last quarter, prft reported revenues 1MM . A 50% qtr on qtr revenue would be 1.5MM. This is my target for revenue. I won't even bother talking about earnings or loss as long as it comes in less than previous quarter on a per share basis.

Some other targets - percentage of revenue is Vignette derived, last quarter was 93%. Hoping for 85% but it will probably be 90% or more since the other software packages (IWOV, etc) are probably not fully ramped. Head count - hope this is at least 90, but 100 would be great.

Regarding a base, (I post on yahoo as buckhead20), I figured that the private equity sale was around 14, actually it was probably closer to 15 adding in fees.

This was a smart strategy. Gain capital for acquisition and expansion, get visibility with institutions.

I added today at 22 which may have been a short term mistake, but I kept on saying as it went from 14 to 23, let it pullback and then add. Always missed any pullback which were usually small anyway.

Since earnings is a week away, watch it everyday, and decide if you should take some off the table. I have been wrong and held when I should have sold, and sold when I should have held. I will have a better feel at the end of the week about my hold conviction.

I'm glad you got a response back from CFO. I did the same thing at the PRFT website, and got no email response.
