Dennis: "How can a guy run a company when he has so many social engagements?!" He can't. That's why I believe that it's important that Dale Fuller is the Chairman. Perhaps, the Board of Corel was looking for a face-saving way for Cowpland to move-on. It seems to me that that type of announcement alone may be worth a $10 pop. Remember how Corel fell a month or so ago? It did so because the CFO of Corel announced that he was moving on. Someone linked an article which suggested that it was the CFO that was credited with Corel's recent turn-around. Because Canadian analysts have no faith in Cowpland, the stock took a dive. When you have an ego-driven CEO, the Board has to figure-out a face-saving way to get him out. I think that is what we have here.
