exactly that...a slowdown in home sales and an increase in interest rates tends to force folks that are teetering toward manufactured housing. The main reason that the value has hit the crapper is that the hurricanes of '99 hurt the "self insured" mortgages area and thus raised loan rightoffs and decreased revenues.

Check out their web site and do some DD on their Pr's for the past year.
