Interesting read on Roland Breton. Notice the date entered vs date of transaction! Also notice he has 2,350,000 RMIL shares in his name at the time of this filing.

Please note that on Close Of Business 05/30/1997 that Roland Breton owned 350,001 shares as per evidence received from an outside source (TA Sheet, April 1997 sheet) that was sent to Paige Harper by myself and Todd Pauly after we received them after the halt. If appears by reading this insidertrader.com form that RMIL knew that the 10 million US dollars that they claimed in the following press release was bogus (http://www.psicop.com/RMIL/press/1997-12-12.htm), and that the RMIL BOD's illegally diverted some or all of the merger escrow shares for RMCW into their own accounts before the SEC halt on 12-22-1997.

t's funny that KNOW they can not find out some information in the court system.
Jeff's been calling the courthouse for a year and a half now, pretty regularly. He has no trouble at all getting information.
btw, read your posts from today on the RMIL thread. Woooooo, I see you've "discovered" the content of SEC filings from three years ago. AND you're writing to the SEC itself to alert them to this Important Information. You know, insider trading stuff. They couldn't POSSIBLY locate that without your help, lol.

Why do you tell Janice Shell every time I send the SEC information? You are the only one that I sent the EMAIL in BCC to?
It's not my fault that AZNT is including you and several others in the new civil suit. I am not an AZNT shareholder, and I have not followed any of the BS there.
