I will hold my INPR shares long enough to vote no on this deal. If they get him out then I may reconsider.

I agree with you completely, including your observations about Cowpland. Normally, the wife of the CEO should not even be an issue but she seems to be something so far out of the ordinary that it is almost unbelievable.

I'd like to know why Inprise's Board of Directors was for this deal.
