Mike - The negative information, in my opinion, is not fully valued into the stock price. There could well be a very nice share price rise tomorrow. This can happen in several ways. True market activity and manipulation. GIFS fundamentals are whatever Genesis says they are: they have never been audited by an independent firm (their auditor was also their lawyer and chief of acquisitions, remember?) I have no involvement whatsoever in the Restricted Share issue. Caroline
