NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--Internet Fund chief investment officer Peter Doyle said
he looks for rarities in the Internet sector: companies with real asset value.

"That's odd for Internet companies, but there are companies like that," Doyle
said during an interview Monday on CNBC, adding that he looks for "beaten down"
companies.

"With wireless technology, there's a limited amount of spectrum for companies
to own, but some companies own that spectrum and they have a lot of value now,"
he said.

Doyle likes the "very profitable" Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp. (CTSH)
"They're playing arbitrage between wage rates in India and the U.S.." he said.
"Their programmers are in India, and they're able to do programming there for
U.S. companies at a fraction of what they could do in the U.S."

He estimated that Cognizant gets programming in India at a cost seven times
lower than it could here.

Doyle also recommended wireless access company Teligent Inc. (TGNT), which he
said has strong management.

Another pick, telecommunications company RCN Corp. (RCNC), will likely
eventually be acquired, he said: "They're building a very strategic asset that
will be very attractive to a larger company some time in the future."

He said RCN's business covers 6% of the U.S. geography, but 40% of U.S.
telecom calls.
