Here's my reasoning -
1) Win2K launch - CPQ has always been the premier partner for EVERY MSFT launch since the company was founded, and each time, there was a big boost in awareness of CPQ's leadership role and strong MSFT partnership which translated into sales - why would this time be any different?

2) Capellas has a bogey of $35 or something like that for stock price at the end of march or he loses vesting on a big chunk of options - he must have something up his sleeve.
