IVI Checkmate Announces Service Agreement with Equilon Enterprises LLC and Motiva Enterprises LLC

<<<ATLANTA, GEORGIA/TORONTO, Feb. 8 /CNW-PRN/ - IVI Checkmate Corp. (NASDAQ: CMIV - news); (TSE: IVC/IVI) today announced a multi-year payment system service agreement with Equilon Enterprises LLC and Motiva Enterprises LLC, both of Houston, TX. Per the agreement, IVI Checkmate will provide maintenance services for payment systems installed in 6,400 Texaco Convenience Centers located throughout the U.S.

During the next two years, IVI Checkmate's TotalCARE Customer Service organization will provide CompleteCARE(TM) payment system support services which includes 24-hour turnaround, spares stocking, refurbishment, software upgrades and support center services.
