Jeff, ROSI is up 50% in a day , which is good for what looks like a CAT from $25 down to $1.5 . It is volume sensitive, so watch for an increase/ decrease , there must be news coming for it to jump so quick, or it got an e-mail reco of some sort. Financials look bad, losing $$. If it gaps again it should go to $3.5. One bright point is it broke its 1 year downtrend , MDTV went up 100% after it did that so who knows, ROSI could do the same. S.
