Dear nat: Dont know the answer but not surprised. Strong Buy would indicate price rise imminent. Frankly, were I too rate AOL I would say Accumulate, which means buy on dips. I think the street is pretty much in agreement that AOL, while a value, will probably trade in a range for awhile, maybe up to 6 mos. JDN
